Terms and Conditions

Please, read and agree to our Terms & Conditions before making any booking with Phuket Marine Group Co., Ltd.

 

  • Full payment/deposit must be made via PayPal, which is the quickest and safest method at the time, when you make the booking.
  • Once you have booked with us, places on the boat are reserved for you. As we are committed to providing quality service to our customers, we will only take in customers based on the number of places left on the boat.
  • Cancellations within 7 business days prior to your scheduled trip: 50% of the payment/deposit will be returned.
  • Cancellations within 3 business days prior to your scheduled trip: Payment/deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations due to sickness: the above policies stand and if we are unable to place you on another trip, provided with your medical certificate, our company will issue a payment receipt for you. You can make a claim with most of the travel insurance companies.
  • Cancellations due to bad weather: We will take into consideration the boat operations and our customers’ safety. If we decide to cancel the trip and if we are unable to place you on another trip of your preference, we will refund the total amount to you via PayPal, on the day your trip is cancelled.
  • Confirmation of your payment via PayPal, along with various trip details you will need, will be sent to your email within 24 hours.
  • All currency conversions are calculated at the exchange rate for the day that you make the payment.
